OCR Text	Show Chinamen Held as Witness Charged With Murder. New York. After having held him as a material witness for more than a month, the authorities obtained a warrant for the arrest of Chung Sing, Leon Ling's friend, on a charge of first degree murder as an accessory after the fact in the death of Elsie Sigel. Issuance of the 'warrant followed fol-lowed application on Saturday on a writ of habeas corpus for the release re-lease of Chung Sing from custody. Some evidence acainst Sing came to light in the affidavits on which the warrant was issued.
