Show AXTELL NOTES. J. J. Burrett of Salt Lake stopped over at Axtell the latter part of the week on his way to inspect the proposed pro-posed new power plant site in Saliria canyon, Returning he gave flattering flatter-ing report of the prospects there for thepurposa named Bert Madsen, Hon of Anthony Mad-sen, Mad-sen, fell from a horse he was riding Sunday. He was taken home un-consoious un-consoious but fortunately has recovered recover-ed without sustaining permanent injuries. Visitors from Ephraim have been plenteous this week in Axtell. Mrs . C. L.Thorpe, sen., Mrs. Peter Hansen Han-sen and children and Andrew Thorpe, were all pleasure bent. Joseph Stephenson with family had in view the location of a home. Mrs. Vena Ohristenson is visiting her son, Lehi Olson, who is slowlv recovering from an attack of blood poisoning. Mrs. Fred Newton is visiting this week in Axtell aad with her children is the gueBt of her sister Mrs. J. A. Johnson. A baby Girl was born Saturday to to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jensen. |
