Show WASHINGTON SCHOOL NOTES. (Reported by Sidney Baxter) School will be closed next week, to enable teachers to visit the city schools. Principal D. n. Robison of MantI was a visitor Tuesday in the first grade department. The parents of boys and girls who are members of the industrial club, should encourage this feature so it may develop into something worth while. At this time the women of Gunnison are watching demonstra- tlons under the direction or Miss Amy Lyman of the Agricultural college, In order to better equip themselves in tiiat science. Then is it not just as necessary that we prepare our ooys and girls In the same sclenee. Miss Charlotte Parry was pleasantly surprised by her little pupils Friday afternoon. Supt. A. J. Reese was a visitor this week. He reported the various grades in a progressive condition.
