Show AKNENT THE HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION. The law passed recently creating high school districts imposes upon the county superintendent of schools the duty of reporting to the board of county commissioners whether or not iu his opinion the county shall remain re-main one high school district or be subdivided into two OJK MORE high school districts. In pursuance of this act of the legislature County Superintendent JKeesi has recommended the dividing of Sanpete county into two districts to be etsablished and maintained. Thus it will be seen there is a chance yet for the people of this section sec-tion to be heard, and their being so far ignored by the county superintendent superin-tendent on the question need not oomposing all the places except Eph-raim, Eph-raim, which is to remain separate from either of the two districts. Manti is designated for the main school in South Sanpete. Gunnison comiug in for a 2-year course under supervision of the Manti school. There seems to be considerable feeling against the proposed plan so far as it relates to the south section.
