Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors of the Nevada Dividend Mining company, held on the 27th day of November, 191G. an assessment of cent per share was levied and assessed on the outstanding capital stock of said corporation, cor-poration, payable November 27th, 1916, to B.
