Show i CONGRATULATIONS. .If the expected happens Miss Alice Roosevelt i of this morning will be Mrs. Nicholas Longworth when the sun goe- down. We wish the happy pair many returns of tne day. That is, that the love ' they bear each other, the trust they repose in each other, may never grow cold as the years ebb and flow. It is said to be a real love match, and that is a "ood thing to know in these days when so many millionaires now-a-days, as they reckon up their assets, say to themselves: "I must set aside so much with which to buy some (no-a-) i count, or some baron (of intellect) for my daugh ter Ann Eliza (O, I forgot Angles Iris.) These titles come high but we have to have them." It is good to read of a genuine American love match, it is good to hope that the president's daughter made no mistake in going to the old "Nick," and that Mrs. Longworth will always talk low and sweet to her husband and never for him carry a big stick.
