Notice is hereby here-by piven that at a meeting of the directors, di-rectors, held on the 6th day of July, 1906, an assessment (No. 7) of one cent per share was levied on the capital cap-ital tock of the corporation, payable inini' diately to George N. Any tock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 8th day of Aupi -t, 1906, will be delinquent and adv rtised for sale at public auction, anil, unless payment is made before, will le sold on the 27th day of August, 1900, to pay the delinquent assessment, assess-ment, together with the cost of advertising adver-tising and expense of sale.
