Chap-'nrXXI. to bo known aa Section 275a. Bo it ordained by tho city council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That an ordinanco amending' and re-enacting' Section 273 of tho Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake CAt,of I903. Passed by tho city council coun-cil March 12, 190G, and approved by tho mayor March 13, 190G, bo and tho same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: Section 273. Throo Garbages .Districts. .Dis-tricts. There shall and there aro SV?b7 established within tho limits of Salt Lake City threo (3) garbage districts, dis-tricts, to bo known and designated as Garbage District No. 1, Garbage District Dis-trict No. 2, and Garbago District No. 3. Tho board of health is hereby empowered em-powered to employ not exceeding fourteen four-teen (14) men, each with team and wagon, to remove garbago from said districts at an expense not exceeding four dollars and fifty cents ($4.50) per day for every day actually employed at such work. Sec. 2. That a new section is hcrobv added to Chapter XXI of tho Revised Ordinances of Salt Lako City of 1903, to bo known as Section 275a, as follows: fol-lows: Section 275a. Boundaries of Garbago District No. 3. Garbago District No. 3 shall comprlso that portion of Salt Lako City bounded on tho north by tho south side of Ninth South street, on tho east by tho city limits, on tho south by tho city limits, and on tho west by State street. Sec. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith aro hereby repealed to tho extent of such conflict. Sec. 4. This ordinanco shall tako effect ef-fect upon approval.
