Show MAGNIFICENT NEWSPAPER. The Christmas number of Goodwin's Weekly, trimmed with mistletoe and holly berries, reached the Sun office last Saturday. It is an elegant number, num-ber, not alone from a typographical standpoint, but because of the beauty of the many literary products penned by its venerable and distinguished editor Judge C. C. Goodwin, the nestor among western journalists. One timely article from Judge Goodwin's pen is worth its length and width in beaten gold of immeasurable depth. This Christmas issue of Goodwin's Weekly outshines all previous Christmas issues. Its columns glow with light and brilliancy. They shimmer with the Christmas spirit and plainly say, "Peace on earth and good will to all mankind." |
