AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND re-enacting an ordlnanco amending Section 273 of tho Revised Ordinances of Salt Lako City of 1903, passed by tho city council of Salt Lako City, Utah, March 12, 100G, and approved by tho mayor of Salt Lako City, March 13, 190C, and adding a now section to Chapter Chap-ter XXI, to bo known as Section 275a. Bo It ordained by tho city council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That an ordlnanco amending and re-enacting Section 273 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lako City of 1903," passed by tho city council coun-cil March 12, 190G, and approved by tho mayor March 13, 1906, bo and tho samo is hereby nmendod and re-enacted so as to read as follows: Section 273. Throo Qarbago Districts. Dis-tricts. There shall bo and thero aro hereby established within tho limits of Salt Lako City threo (3) garbage districts, dis-tricts, to bo known and designated as Garbage District No. 1, Qarbago District Dis-trict No. 2, and Garbage District No. 3. Tho board of health is horoby empowered em-powered to employ not exceeding fourteen four-teen (14) men, each with team and wagon, to romovo garbago from said districts at an cxponso not exceeding four dollars and fifty cents ($4.50) por day for every day actually omployed at such work. Sec. 2. That a now section Is horoby added to Chapter XXI of tho Revised Ordinances of Salt Lako City of 1903, to bo known as Section 275a, as follows: fol-lows: Section 275a.
