Show CHIEF ARTHUR'S DEATH. M That was a splendid death that Chief Arthur,- H of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, H died. An affectionate greeting was in an instant H changed to a last loving farewell, and the strong t H man's spirit had fled. An earnest and true man H was he in life and his death was one that any H man might covet. He was a labor-loader that it was hard to give up, for ho was one labor- loader who had but one ruling thought, which M was: "What is for tho best interests of the-men M who look to me to see that no wrong shall come H to them?" So to speak his hand was always on M tho lever, his eyos .wore always strained ahead fl watching for obstructions and danger-signals.
