The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided for by the quarterly adjustment made unless either a satisfactory road construction con-struction bid is received, or if Forest Service fails to receive such a bid within 120 days of opening timber sale bids, bidder agrees to perform road construction.
