Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications ap-plications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Kane and Garfield Counties throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11360 (61-781) Robert E. Overtree, William Pringle and Saul Reiss, 280 S. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills, CA proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 5.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Dil Claim No. 460 (61-570). The water has been diverted from the following: 1) Duck Crwk, at a point S. 1464 ft.W. 1740 ft; 2) a spring trib. to Duck Creek, at a point S. 2106 ft. W. 1547 ft; both from NE Cor. Sec. 7, T38S, R7W; and used for incidental stock-wateting stock-wateting purposes; and from Apr. 15 to Nov. 1 (or the irrigation of 1.75 acs. in EV4NEV4 Sec. 7, WV6NWV4 Sec. 8, both T38S, R7W. Hereafter, 5.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from one or both of the following 8-inch wells, 100-200 ft. deep, at the following points: 1) S. 65 ft. V. 3800 ft; 2) S. 1245 ft. Riverview, Orange, CA proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0012 sec. ft. or 0.25 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of the Blanche Showalter Award, Sevier River Decree, and as amended by Ch.
