A reception will be held that same evening from 6:30 until 8 p.m. in the Hurricane LDS Sixth Ward Chapel. An open house will be held the following Saturday, Dec. 9 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Cannonville LDS Ward Chapel. The bride-to-be, a graduate of Hurricane High School, attended Dixie College and is now employed with Dixie Diesel in St. george. She is a daughter of Jim and Dana Stratton of Hurricane. The prospective bridegroom is employed with Dennett Construction in Hurricane. He is a son of John and Charlotte Mathews of Cannonville. The newlyweds will reside in LaVerkin. |
