Show llonrievilh i:v;i By Wynona Henderson Well, folks, we were so lucky to get a snow storm on last Wednesday. Seems it only came from Red Canyon this way. The sun came out the next day and we have Spring-like weather again. On Thursday, Ken and Joanne Goulding, Ernie and Wynona Henderson, Hend-erson, Steve and Kathy Goulding, along with Dick and Jane Goulding of Delta accompanied their sister Kathryn and Dave Pollock to the St. George LDS Temple to witness the marriage of their son Derrick to Laura Pierson of Panguitch. Following Fol-lowing the ceremony, there were 65 family members and friends who gathered at a nearby church for a wonderful lunch and program. Dick and Jane visited with aunt Fawn Goulding who is at her daughter Dora's home. They then came to Panguitch for the wedding reception. recep-tion. On their way home, Ernie and Wynona were stopped at the grocery store in Hurricane and ran into Ron Goulding, Don and Lillian Lil-lian Coleman, and Dixie and Theron Mitchell. They all had a enjoyable visit. The Ken and Artoise Piatt family fam-ily were in Logan for the wedding reception of Ken's nephew. Their son Kenyon and wife Emily returned re-turned for a visit. Sarah and Duztin Sorensen have had their son Noah in Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City for tests. While there, they visited Sarah's sister April and family fam-ily and other sister Emily and husband hus-band "Brandon Allen, as well as members of Duztin's family. Gayle Moore's aunt and uncle Deanna and Bill Johnson of Layton were here for the weekend. Frankie and Gayle, sons Ryan and Wade, gave the program in LDS Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting last Sunday. A special spe-cial number was given by the choir. A special birthday party was held for Ruby Moore at the care center in Panguitch. She turned 91 years young. Several family members mem-bers and friends stopped by to wish her well. Dick and Jane Goulding of Delta visited Dick's mother at the care center, also. Bob and Helen Willis received word of the birth of another great-grandson. great-grandson. Parents are Christ and Erin Head, grandparents are Larry and Marie Head, all of Boise, Ida. Sandy and Gary Johnson were happy to have a visit and get better acquainted with their grandson Braxton. Brax-ton. He is a son of Becca and Jed Albrecht of Cedar City. They won first and second place in their age groups These girls are granddaughter grand-daughter and great-granddaughter of Iris Bushnell. Iris Bushnell and Keela Man-gum Man-gum spent some time with Ruby Moore on her birthday on Mar. 1 1 . They also were in Gunnison shopping shop-ping one day. Shawn Chynoweth has been in Alaska for his employment. David and Candace Shakespear were here to visit grandma Berthene Griffin on their way home to Richfield. |
