Show r . . - . i Mary O. Partridge PANGUITCH, UTAH - Mary Owens Partridge, 87, one of God's choicest daughters returned to him on June 7, 1999, with loved ones at her side. She truly endured to the end with grace and dignity. Mary was born Oct. 6, 1911, in Panguitch, Pan-guitch, Utah, to David Henry and Rhoana Dee Henrie Owens. She married Arthur Partridge, July 9, 1930, in the Manti LDS Temple. She spent many years loving and caring for her children, grandchildren grand-children and great-grandchildren. She cooked wonderful meals for all who shared her table. She crocheted beautiful afghans and made beautiful beauti-ful quilts. She served in many church callings; the two which she enjoyed most were Stake M.I. A. and Relief Society quilt making director. During WW II - she was an electrician working on the construction construc-tion of planes and ice cutter ships for the war effort. She grew to love sports, she especially loved to watch the Jazz and Suns. After losing much of her eyesight she continued to listen to the Jazz and Suns on the radio. i Mary's sweet nature will be missed by those who survive her: husband, Arthur of Panguitch; sons, Alan (Jane), Richfield; Merlin (Lida) Bountiful; Paul (Monette) Panguitch; Kenneth Greg (Lesli), Mesa, Ariz; brother, Bishop Kern " ' ! : v i v Mary Partridge Owens, Panguitch; sister, Kolleen Wayne, St. George; 22 grandchildren; grand-children; and 16 great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by a daughter, Vernece; brothers Gren, Datus, Theil, Gloyd and sisters, Leila Owens and Rae Lemon. Funeral services will be held .Thursday, June 10, 1999, at 2 p.m. in the Panguitch 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Panguitch Cemetery.
