Show ' r i Bryce Blood and Candice Smith SmithBlood Bryce G. Blood and Candice Smith have chosen Friday, Aug. 13 to be married in the St. George LDS Temple. A reception will be held that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Circleville LDS Chapel. An open house will be held the following evening from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the home of the grooms parents at 255 South 200 East in Gunnison. The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate gradu-ate of Piute High School where she was active in volleyball, drill team, and national honor society. She served as studentbody president and as a member of the seminary council. coun-cil. She has attended Southern Utah University for one year where she is majoring in business. She is a daughter of Craig and Ramona Sorenson, Escalante, David and Dorothy Smith, Circleville. Her grandparents are Grover Smith of Circleville and Joe and Roberta Torgenson of Ephraim. The prospective bridegroom graduated as an honor student from Gunnison Valley High School in 1995. He was active in football, wrestling and served as senior class president. He attended SUU for one year before serving an LDS mission in the Argentina Salta Mission. He is currently a student at SUU majoring ma-joring in veterinary medicine. He is a son of Kerry and Jacquelynn B. Blood, Gunnison. His grandparents are Alton and Carol Blood, of Angle, An-gle, Jack and Idona Barnes, Lehi, and great-grandmother is Fay Bowers Bow-ers of American Fork. The couple will reside in Cedar City where they will continue their education. |
