Show I Pcnnaitch n:v: . . , By Mamie Talbot . 676-8084 The past week brought two slight earthquakes to the valley and two inches of snow. The snow was welcome. The earthquake was a thrill as it came early in the morning morn-ing and a shaking bed brings one wide awake. We hope to never have one strong enough to break the Lake dam. An LDS missionary farewell was held for Danny Yardley on Sunday, Mar. 7. Many family members and friends were here to wish him well. Glade and Ruth Owens and daughter Ashley are home from St. George where Glade has been having hav-ing medical treatment. Miles and Esther Barney have gone to Lake Mead, Nev., to visit Miles' sister and do some fix it jobs along with the visiting. Max and Loa Sevy went to Overton, Nev., for some warmer weather and recreation. The Mack and Pat Oetting took Mack's mother back to California. She was here in the care center for a while. Our new dentist, Dr. Parkins, and his family, are living in the Greg and Caitlin Gochnour home since they moved to Ogden. |
