Last week they went to Leamington where their daughter Brandi and husband live. This week, the rodeo was held in South Jordan. Vaughn Twitchell is spending the week in St. George at the LDS Temple. Desmond and Gretha Twitchell are also there this week. Here visiting Vaughn and Mae Twitchell, Doyle and Kathryn Neil-son Neil-son of Henrieville and Melda Davis of Tropic we're Elva Sheppard and Weston of Springville, Gary Sheppard Shep-pard of Provo, Gretha Ewer and daughters Clara of Richmond and I Charlotte of Disputauta, Virg. The Doug Twitchell family, Craig and Sue Twitchell and Karl and Lori Munford of Cedar City also visited. They were all here to attend the William Patterson Willis reunion. It was really a great time to meet and visit with old friends and fam-ily. fam-ily. Quinn and Georgia Willia and Barbara and Steve Duke were in charge of reunion plans this year. Those members of Bonnie's family were the Quinn Willis family, the Steve and Louise Willis family with daughters Kassie and Earlene, children Eric and Lindsey. We were excited to hear of Kent Willis' LDS mission call. He has roots here in our old red sand and we still claim him, even if he has moved to Antimony. He will be going to Perth, Australia. Lynnae Gajardo and daughter Pamela and Diane Fletcher came from Provo to visit their parents Larry and Glenna Fletcher to enjoy the wonderful fresh vegetables from their garden. Leon Fletcher stopped by to see his family while on his rounds with his business of selling cellular phones. Alma and Anita Fletcher have their daughter Erica Racker and two sons David and Micheal visiting them. George and Ada. Thompson made a trip to Las Vegas to visit (See CANNONVILLE on page 6A) CANNONVILLE From page 2-A family. Jim and Bertha Shelley, of Mesa, Ariz., are the proud parents of a new baby boy born Sept. 4. Jim and Erma Clarke are the proud grandparents. Joseph and Debra Salas spent the Labor Day weekend visiting with Debra's parents, Jim and Erma. The Clarke's son Arthur and two children came from Las Vegas and spent Monday helping their grandparents. Jim and Erma have received an LDS mission call to the Florida, Tallahassee mission. Jim will work for the Church education system there. The Mel Beard family has gone on an extended vacation. |
