Show Blood Drive Set At Panguitch HS PANGUITCH Students at Panguitch High School, 17 years old or older, will be participating in the Eagle Project on Tuesday, Dec. 21, to donate their blood to help enhance Utah's severely diminished blood supply. The students' voluntary donation dona-tion to the Eagle Project Blood Drive will come after they are fully informed about the need for and use of blood and after they obtain signed permission from their parents. The drive is set for 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Panguitch High School gym. Shelley Benson of the Southwest Center says that a major shortage of blood currently exists not only in Utah but throughout the nation. She urges residents county-wide , to participate in the special ' Christmas-time giving of blood to help others. |
