Show l:nrir;i!b W:n By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 Spring is finally here - we hope! Dave Roberts and wife Stephanie Stepha-nie made a trip to Cedar City for doctor appointments. He had an MRI for his back problems. Dewey and Teora Willis were home this week-end. Dewey had treatments last week and will be going back again. They are still working at the St. George LDS Temple. Jim Smith was taken to Garfield Memorial Hospital and then life-flighted life-flighted to Salt Lake City. We hope he is soon up and about. Rae went up there to be with him. LaKay and Eugene Quilter went to Las Vegas, Nev., for doctor appointments ap-pointments following Eugene's back surgery. He is doing really well. Several men helped to put a new roof on Gary and Sandy Johnson's home. It looks really nice. Speakers in LDS Sacrament meeting were Joe Thompson and Chris McCormick. Esther Johnson played the flute, accompanied by her mom Sandy. Savannah Thompson and Denise Clark received their awards. Logann Marx, granddaughter of Ernie and Wynona Henderson moved here from Littleton, Colo., for the summer. She is working at Ruby's Inn. She got well acquainted ac-quainted with a deer on Saturday night. There was quite a bit of damage done to her little sports car as a result. Ernie and Wynona Henderson visited Elsie Goulding at the care center. They also visited Shirley Haycock who will be recuperating there from a broken ankle. Shauna Mortensen is back at work at Ruby's Inn and Kathryn Nielsen has started at Bryce Canyon Pines again. |
