Nick and Jewel Reynolds and Bea's daughters Elaine Shakespear and Susan Choate, all of Panguitch, have been here. Her son Cliff visited his parents at the hospital in Salt Lake City. Lark, we all miss you and want you home again soon. ' Visiting with Alma and Anita Fletcher for the Memorial Day weekend were son Robert Fletcher, Mesa, Ariz., daughter Pauline and husband Curtis Hansen and their children, Chandy, Steven, Levi, Tyler and Mariah, St. George; daughter Stephanie and husband Jonathan Scott, of Mesa; son-in-law Scott and daughter Erica Racker and sons David and Michael of St. George. The only family members missing were son Michael and his wife Rimi Fletcher and sons who live in Hiroshima, Japan. They all . had a good time with a dutch oven' cook out and visiting with cousins and friends. John Jacob Hammer came from Rexburg, Ida., where he is attending Ricks College, to spend the holiday weekend with his parents, AC and Rita Hammer. Saturday was spent on a four-wheel drive picnic up Sheep Creek to White Sands Cave. The party included Alma Fletcher's family, Glenna Fletcher, Dave and Denise Broderick and children of Spring City; Leon Fletcher, St. George; Diane Fletcher, Orem; De-Ion De-Ion Fletcher, Henrieville; Gail and Bryce Fletcher, John and Ramona Morreale and children, as well' as Sylvana, Dustin, Sandy and Dunken Leslie, all of Cannonville. George and Ada Thompson, who came home from Las Vegas, Nev,, so George could raise a garden, gar-den, joined brother-in-law and sister Ivan and Inez Winberg at the home of another sister, Gloria Hayden, Tropic, for lunch on Sunday. The Thompsons had their daughter Patty Lutes visiting them for several days while she waited for a phone call announcing the birth of a new little granddaughter born to Joseph Bryce and Lawana Taukinaukafili of Salt Lake City, so she went to help with the other children and get acquainted ac-quainted with little Sierra. Marva Fletcher received a phone call from daughter Sandra Wright in Charlottesville, Virg, telling her that her son, Sterling Wright was being ordained as Bishop of his LDS Ward there. He is the oldest grandson of Clele and Marva. Fran Barlow, with her new baby daughter Jade, is here visiting her parents, Merwin and Minok Dunham. Dun-ham. Cannonville had four fine young people graduate from high school Friday evening: Ecko Ott, Bryce Fletcher, Jeremy Moss and Lloyd Mathews. Congratulations! We are proud of you and wish you life's very best. Joe and Trish Thompson and family and Monte and Rita Twitchell and family made a trip to Provo on Wednesday to take two fine young elders, Daniel Thompson and Britten Twitchell to the LDS Missionary Training Center. Cen-ter. They are two more of our young people we are proud of and wish the best as they leave with our love and prayers. Howard- and Dorothy Leavitt went to Salt Lake City and visited their daughter and son in-law, Luauna and Monte West and their grandchildren. David and Misty Mathews came from St. George to attend graduation gradua-tion exercises. |
