She was born Dec. 6, 1912, in Circleville, Piute County, to Henry and .Rosamond Wiltshire Sudweeks. She married Russell Hatch Talbot on June 16, 1933, in the Manti Temple. She was active and served in all organizations in the LDS Church. She was called as Primary President . at the age of 14. She received an award for 30 years of Primary Service. Serv-ice. She was very active in the Cub Scout Program in Panguitch. she also served in the Relief Society Soci-ety and the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Pio-neers as Captain. Her work in the Salt Lake LDS Temple for three years was a highlight in her life. She loved to crochet and make quilts and all members of her family fam-ily benefited from her handiwork. She received an award from the Utah Drivers License Bureau for 45 years of safe driving with no citations cita-tions against her. As she moved throughout the state with her husband's employment, employ-ment, she made many friends in Coalville, Delta, Green River, Fountain Green, Salina, Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant and Panguitch. She is survived by children: Grant (Vivian), Centerville; Darlene Orton, Ephraim; Sheldon (Karen), Orem; Ula John (Martin), Milford; Dee (Jan), Bountiful; Virginia Han-ney Han-ney (Val), Kaysville; 26 grandchil- Roma H. Barnev OGDEN - The family of Roma Bell Henrie Barney, 78, announce her release from earthly cares and pain. Her many years of suffering are now over and she is filled with joy at the long-awaited reunion with her eternal companion, Wayne F. Barney, parents and other loved ones who have gone before. Roma passed away Sunday, June 27, 1999, at Country Meadows Rehab Center in South Ogden, following an injury at work 26 long years ago. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Country Meadows for the many years of tender care. Roma was born Nov. 1, 1920, in Tropic, to Chester and Pearl Benson Henrie. She married her eternal companion on Nov. 1 , 1939, in the St. George LDS Temple. Tem-ple. She attended Garfield County Schools and graduated from Panguitch Pan-guitch High School where she participated par-ticipated in the band, plays and musicals, mu-sicals, as well as being a cheerleader. cheer-leader. Her dance card at every dance was always full. Roma worked at the Ogden Golf and Country Club and Defense Depot in Ogden prior to her injury. Roma was blessed with a beautiful beau-tiful voice and enjoyed countless hours of singing with family and friends. She was the chorister in the Washington Terrace 7th Ward where she shared her talents in a vast array of pursuits. She was an accomplished musician, playing a variety of instruments. She also loved to dance. Roma and Wayne were well known for their gifted and beautifully choreographed dancing skills from ballroom dancing to the Jitterbug. Roma and her brother, Archie, also won many dance competitions. com-petitions. Roma was a tender, caring mother who reared her seven children chil-dren with music and love. The lullabies will never be forgotten. She is survived by her seven Dace Miller PANGUITCH - Dace Jade Miller returned home to his Heavenly Heav-enly Father on June 26, 1999 while in the loving arms of his mommy and daddy. Dace was born May 1 2, 1999 in St. George, and spent all of his short life bringing love and joy to his family. He is survived by his parents Jason Wade and Jennifer Chynoweth Miller of Panguitch; brothers Riley Miller and Kaden Figgins; grandparents Evan and Carolyn Chynoweth of St. Geroge, and Melvin and Marlene Miller of Panguitch; great-grandparents Lyle Miller of Panguitch, Afton and Ilene Julander of Panguitch, Desmond Des-mond and Gretha Twitchell of Can-nonville, Can-nonville, and Jack and Mae Chynoweth of Tropic. Roma is also survived by one brother, Archie Henrie, Ogden, and a multitude of nieces, nephews and their children. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, Torild, Leslie and Arvel Henrie; one sister, Dora Veater; and one grandson, grand-son, Curtis White. Roma's life will be celebrated with music during funeral services held Friday, July 2nd at 1 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Family and friends may call at the mortuary on Friday from 1 1 :45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Lindquist's Washington Washing-ton Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. ' , ., i.
