A wedding reception will honor the couple that same evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Glendale LDS Church in Glendale, Utah. The following fol-lowing day, Saturday, September 11, 1993 an open house is planned from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Tropic LDS Church. The bride-to-be is a daughter of Kurt and Vivian Brinkerhoff of Glendale, Utah. She is a graduate of Valley High School and currently cur-rently attends Southern Utah University. Uni-versity. In the last two paragraphs we are told that Mr. Leslie was waiting for an answer from the state as to whether the water from the well could be used for anything. Mr. Leslie recommends that we pour more money into the well. Perhaps Mr. Leslie's recommendation is based more on economics than good sense considering that his firm will get paid something like $7,000.00 if Tropic proceeds with the plan to equip the well with a pump and install in-stall a pipeline. It seems strange to me that our engineer has such a hard time obtaining ob-taining needed information when I made two phone calls and found what was required of the town to prove up on their water right and Fullmer of Cologne, Germany.
