Show Mr. and Mrs, Clele Fletcher Fletchers Honored For 50th Wedding CANNONVILLE A family dinner, held by their children, celebrated cele-brated 50 years of marriage for Mr. and Mrs. J. Clele Fletcher. The Fletchers were married SepL 1, 1937, in the Manti LDS Temple. Tem-ple. They have resided in Can-nonville Can-nonville for the past 40 years. Mr. Fletcher served as principal of Bryce Valley Elementary School and also served as a park naturalist at nearby Bryce Canyon National Park. Mrs. Fletcher (Marva) has been employed with the U.S. Postal Service for the past 32 years and currently works at the post office in Tropic. In 1982-83, the Fletchers served an LDS mission in Kodiak, Alaska. They have always been active in church and civic organizations. They are parents of five children three daughters and two sons: Sandra Wright, Annabelle Palmer, Rosemary Fletcher, John Fletcher and Rex Fletcher. To celebrate the golden anniversary anniver-sary of their wedding day, the Fletchers spent Tuesday, Sept. 1 at the Manti Temple. |
