Q uarnbcrg-Baldwin Mr. and Mrs. Morris Quarnberg, Green River announced the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Kristin Quarnberg, to Michael Baldwin, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Clair Baldwin of Panguitch. the couple will exchange vows in the Provo LDS Temple Thursday, A reception inlheir home will be held Thursday evening from 8 until 9:30 p.m. at the Green River LDS cultural Hall and an open house to honor the newlyweds will be held Friday, August 2 from 8 until 10 p.m. at the Panguitch LDS Stake Center. The bride-to-be graduated from Green River High School where she was active in student government, school musical productions, band, was a Girls Stater and a Sterling Scholar. She served as drill mistress of the Piradettes. She was Green River Melon Day Queen and in several Homecoming royalties. She has been attending Southern Utah State College where she was a member of the Thunderettes and active in Lambda' Delta Sigma sorority. She has been employed with the Tamarisk in Green River. The prospective bridegroom graduated as an honor student from Panguitch High School and was a four-year graduate of LDS Kristin Quarenburg-Mlchael Baldwin Seminary. He was a Boys Stater and a Sterling Scholar runnerup winner. He excelled in basketball and track, winning many honors and awards. He also attended SUSC. He served a mission of the LDS church to Rapid City, South Dakota. He has been employed at the visitors center at Bryce Canyon National Park. The couple will reside in Provo where both will continue their education. |
