Show Henrieville Melba D. Smith $79-8572 Suzanne Willis came from Provo to spend the Thanksgiving weekend with her parents Oscar and Jean Willis. On Friday they went to Willllams, Arizona to visit son Rick and Thora Willis. Their son Mr. and Mrs. Daryl Willis and sons came from Elsrida, Ariz, to meet them there for a visit. They returned home on Saturday. Bob and Helen went to Hawthorne, Nev. recently to visit their daughters there, Fallon and at Reno, Nev. While at Hawthorne their oldest grandson Dean Oberhansli was baptized a member of the LDS Church. Their daughter Karla spent the last two weekends at home. She came to be maid of honor for the wedding reception for Debbie and Jim Miller and this past weekend for the Thanksgiving holiday. Harold Blondin has gone to California for the winter to visit his two sons Alfred and Bob and families. Dewey, Teora and Patsy Willis went to Mesa, Ariz, to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with brother Mr. and Mrs. Glade Willis and family. Bart Smith spent the weekend home at the Lee and Thelma Smith home. Jim and Margo Smith came from Cedar City to spend Thanksgiving with Jim and Rae Smith and at Escalante at the Pratt Gates home.- Visiting Kay ana Maggie Willis and family for the weekend were children Merrill and Karen Willis and children and Dale and Linda Larson and children from Sandy. The program in sacrament meeting was put on by the Kay Willis family as a testimonial for Loran Willis who is leaving for a two year LDS mission to Canada. Talks were given by Kay, Maggie, Russell, Julie and Loran. Mechelle and Beverly Willis sang a song. Merrill gave one of the prayers. Gloria S. Hayden and friend, Ann, both from Reno, Nev. spent one night at Ike and Janet LeFevre's home. They also visited with two other sisters, Ada Thompson and Connie Kleese and families. Gloria came out to get her mother, Virginia If. Smith and take her back to Reno for a visit. Virginia's sister Beth from Pocatello, Ida. will accompany them for a stay. Also the Reno company spent a few days In Eureka, Ut. and Salt Lake City area visiting a son, Bart Palmer and family and having Thanksgiving dinner with a sister, Inez, Winberg and family before returning to Reno. |
