ENGAGED Mr. and Mrs. David Sawyer of Hatch announce the engagement of their daughter, Val-eene May, to Donald A. Wood-mancy, son of Robert M. Wood-mancy of Whittier, Calif. Don is currently serving with U.S.A.F. at Offitt AFB, Nebraska. Valeene is attending the LDS Business college in Salt Lake City. They plan a late summer wedding.
