Show REU GREEN Miss Iletta Reid became the bride of Robert T. Green on September 14, in a double ring ceremony in the Manti Temple. Parents of the newlyweds jare Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Reid, Panguitch, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard A. Green of Bountiful. Members of the immediate families who attended the ceremonies, enjoyed a wedding dinner at Ephraim, vith the bridegroom's father acting as host. A reception was held Saturday evening in the Bountiful Seventh ward church. The bride wore the family wedding dress of traditional white satin, with lace over-iskirt and bustle back which extended into a chapel train. Her veil of Illusion was held by a tiara of rhinestono and pearls. She held a bridal bouquet of deep salmon and white, which blended with the floral arrangement of the bridal arch. Attending the bride were Miss Colleen Proctor as maid of honor, her sisters, Mrs. Rosemary Christensen, Mrs. LaVenda Moore,' and Cynthia Ann Moore as ' flower girl. Her other sister Mrs. Carol Ann Spencer was in charge of the guest book. They wore deep salmon brocaded satin dresses and carried bouquets of white. Martin Ricks served as ibest man. A brother, Gordon Reid, and brothers-in-law Kirk Moore and Jay Christensen were ushers) with Steven Moore as junior usher. Mrs. Linda Green was in charge of the gifts, assisted by Mrs. Sherma Reid and Mrs. Donna Jones. Assisting with the refreshments was Miss Carol Johnson. Guests were served at tables centered with bronze chrysanthemums, enhanced by covers in colorful fall hues. A center of attraction was the beautiful tiered wedding cake which was made by the bride's sister, Mrs. La Venda Moore at Pangultch for the trousseau tea, and then taken to Bountiful for TO WED Miss Virginia Heaps Mr. and Mrs. Edwin R. Heaps of Salt Lake City announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Virginia, to Stanley LaVell Bradfield, Eon of Mr. and Mrs. Wm Stanley Bradfield of Leamington. The wedding will take place October 27 at Reception Center in Salt Lake. The Heaps are former Panguitch and Escalante residents. the reception. The couple will make a home in Salt Lake City, where Iletta is a recent graduate of a College of Beauty, and Dob is a student at the University of Utah. |
