Show TO WED ATTEND CIVICS CLUBS MEET AT I1IIYCE Mr. and Mrs. Randall Lyman, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Van Hcmcret and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Woolsey attended meetings of the Associated Civics Clubs of Southern and Eastern Utah, Saturday at Bryco Canyon, where they heard speakers from various sections discussing plans for development of the area. State Representative, Mrs. Nethclla G. Woolsey, made a plea for backing by the Civic Clubs of road building between Escalante, Doulder and Torrty. She also asked for support for road Improvement between Boulder and Bullfrog where the large recreation area Is to be built by the Bureau of Reclamation. Thell Barney, who with Forest Alvey and others, Is now engaged In work on the Doul-der-Bullfrog road, reports that the U.S. Bureau Is already busy building an airstrip at the future recreation area. Miss Beverly Gal Feltner Circling a Sept. 22nd wedding date are Miss Beverly Gal Feltner and Tarrel D. Davis. News of the betrothal and forthcoming marriage Is announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hobart Feltner of Cannonville. Mr. Davis parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dale Davis of Malad, Idaho. The couple plans to be married at the home of the bride. A reception will honor them the same evening at the Tropic ward recreation hall. Mrs. Lynne Bowles will be matron of honor, with Donna. Schafer and Linda Christian-son as bridesmaids, Lynetto Davis as junior bridesmaid, and Shlrlene Feltner as flower girl. Jae Ray Davis will be best man. After a. honeymoon to Grand Canyon, the newlyweds plan to make their home in Salt Lake City where they will attend school. ''- |
