Show Addtional Local. W. L. (trover returned Mon day from a visit to southwestern Idaho. lie visited Burley, Mil-nor, Mil-nor, Oakley and other towns in that locality. He reportd the dry farmers in that section looking look-ing rather discouraging owing to tho dry season. The country, however is rapidly building up and homo-seekers going there every day. He visited the Goose Creek reservoir and stated stat-ed that the land in that locality is tho best he saw in tho entire trip. A million and a half dollars is being spent in a reservoir to to irrigate that section, which when completed means thousands thou-sands of dollars to that country. Hero are a few notes we forgot for-got to publish in last week's issue: Chemist H. C. Cutler purchased Jack Layton's fine driving mare and is sporting a lino rubbor-tjred rig. Harry Bingham of Ogden was here for a visit one day lastweok. Thos.; J. Udy passed through town for his home in Rivorsido last week with a lino now buggy. Members of tho Technical Board of tho U-I. Sugar Co. were guests of Supt. T. H. Edwards Ed-wards tho fore part of last week, viz: M. EL Fohn'el and Walter Stimmel of Sugar City, Idaho; H. H. Daltou, Blackfootjdaho; M. W. Tugnlls, Lehi Utah.
