Tho Inspiration of this blessed tlmo should bring us a deopcr boiiso of per Hon nl responsibility, nnd of our duty to our neighbor In regard to questions touching tho genoral wol-faro; wol-faro; aud, boyond all, a deeper faith that faith by which mountains can bo romoved and a truer lovo, a devotion thnt can bear ovon tho reproach of tho cross, If permission may but be granted grant-ed to share In boarlng a part of that burden. Tho advent of Christ makes ub debt-.ors debt-.ors to Cod and man. It Is therefore not for us to question whether others are kind to us, na whether thero is love, gontlenoss, meekness, sympathy and helpfulness In our own Uvea, or not. With this spirit of the season reflected and perpetuated in the llfo, Christmas giving will resolvo Itself into Chrlst-llko giving overy day from Christmastlde to Chrlstmostldo of overy ov-ery year of grace.
