Smith and wns tho themo discussed discus-sed at all tho meetings. In splto of (ho wet season, crowds from all over the Intcr-mountaln region turned out. The first three days of the Dig Four County Fair at Ogdon drow big crowds and if rain had not Interfered, Interfer-ed, Saturday would havo been the i best day of all. Numerous fine dls-plays dls-plays of fruit and vegetables wore on exhibition and tho attractions were all up to the standard. Rain put a damper on Saturday's doings. Tho races wore called off and tho shows moved to Salt Lake. Wo aro Informed that tho racing events will be pulled off later. A number of residents re-sidents of Dox Elder county received gold medals for displays of fruit and vegetables. Tuklng everything ln-to ln-to consideration, tho fair proved to bo very successful and the management manage-ment feel much encouraged ovor the outcome. Tho Stato Fair at Salt Lako was a hugo success from first to last. Never Ne-ver in tho history of Utah stato exhibitions ex-hibitions has tho present ono been ' equaled.
