Pennington, suing for hor children, against C. D. Gillespie, a saloonkeeper sa-loonkeeper near Hendricks, W. Va., was decided recently by tho Jury awarding tho plaintiff $600. At a previous term of court Mrs. Pennington Penning-ton sued nnd obtained a vordlct for $800 for tho loss of hor husband. Pennington Pen-nington wns killed near tho saloon, and Gillespie was sued as tho man who sold tho whisky on which Pennington Pen-nington became Intoxicated. Indiana In-diana News. |
