A jury was ctnpattncllcd and u verdict of guilty rendered. A N Qrover, Ktigcno Qrover and Amos Plersou wero each sentenced to a flue of 5 and costs making mak-ing a total of 122.23 for each. Claud t Qrover was rdcomineudcd to tho mercy of the court and was discharged. Notice of an appeal to tho District court was given by the defendants. |
