Show Arbor Day. Monday, April 15th has been set apart as Arbor Day by Governor John O Cutler who has issued tho following proclamation: proclama-tion: "Whereas, By the statutes of tho state of Utah, tho inth day of April Is set apart to be observed as Arbor Day aud "Whereas; It Is mado tho duty of. tho governor to Issue a proclamation calling for tho observance of this day; now, therefore, "I, John C Cutler, governor of tho state of Utah, by vlrtuo of tho requirement require-ment of tho statutes, and in accordance with the public custom and sentiment, do hereby dctignato Monday, April IStli, 1007, as Arbor Day, to bo observed as such throughout tho state.
