Show FEW DEEB BEER KILLED IN mm nr ABBY HILLS it Is estimated that there will be no more than fifty head of deer killed in the near by mountains with the closing of the deer season today tula this is a very small amount when the number of hunters are considered that have been in the mountains the past ten days the small number to fo deer which have been killed Is due partially at least to the dry condition of the hunting territory with the opening of the deer season there were approximately two hundred hunters huntera went from pang into the hills after deer of 0 which many were outside men and we are sorry to say a goodly number of the hunters returned empty handed however some nice deer were brought in among those of honorable mention was the first buck brought into panguitch killed by lynn davis and party from salt lake city herbert worthen deward woodard scott worthen and many others brought in big bucks all of the best hunting grounds were crowded to the limit with ambitious batlo s hunters including dog valley little valleys sandy region east fork country and the panguitch lake district the only women hunters that we have record of that got their buck are mrs airs deward woodard and miss nedra hearle mrs woodard killed hers in dog valley and miss henrie killed hers in the mouth of parowan carowan canyon |
