Show SOME MISTAKE one of our merchants tells us ua a good story and we believe it Is to too good to to keep A certain party called at his store selected a pair of shoes to take home and try on and after hr awhile that th at same afternoon brought baroug the shoes back all wrapped up and carefully tied telling the merchant they would not tit fit the merchant returned the shoes on the shelf never giving the matter a second thought for that day but lie ha next day lo 10 and behold when he opened ali the e box to show the shoes to another customer oh boyt what a moller abw the box contained one of the worst vorst worn out pairs of shoes that we have ever had the pleasure of viewing now this same merchant is more than willing to give the people that returned the shoes all the benefit of the doubt and is trying hla his best to believe that tills this was done through mere thoughtlessness knowing the party as aa he does but the time for discovering this mistake Is ig rapidly vanishing and he Is still holding the old shoes lie ile may put them in his display window with the name of the party on them it if them the are not called tor for in the very near suture |
