Ileyburn, one of the multitudinous republican s;natoiial candidates in Idaho, is in Washington attending to supreme court cases. To lb.3 Herald correspondent, tonight, to-night, he said he would allow hi3 name to be ueed before the legislature as a candidate for the senatorial toga; but would not open headquarters and en gage in the general scramble that ia expected when Shoup, McConnel, Sweet and other candidates come together upen the battle ground. In fact, Mr. Ileyburn says: "I am in no need of senatorehips. Should I be elected by the legislature I would feel deeply honored and do feel eo. that my name should be brought before them for action; but I could live even if I were defeated, and shall not feel brokenhearted.
