Show The remains of little Theodore Gee who met with such a tragic death at Salt Like on Saturday morniug were laid to rest yesterday afternoon in the Provo cemetery. The funeral services held in the Fourth ward meetinghouse meeting-house were lrge!y attended. The little fellow with a playmate was coaet-ing coaet-ing in a little express wagon down a hill. The boys lost control of the wagon and were both dashed into a street car. Master Gee was mangled up fearfully, nearly every bone in his little body being broken. He died in lesa than an hour alter the accident. The other boy was quite seriously hurt. There was filed in the First District court today a suit for $15.00 damages, transferred from the justice's court of Salem for the reason that title to real estate is involved iu the suit. Thomas Cloward sues John M. and Charles Cloward for $15.00 damages for destroying de-stroying a fence. Tns Provo Meat company pays highest high-est cash prices for fat veal and pork.
