Show ALIAS. CJUMMONS-IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF O the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, Utah county. Mary Ellen Pearson, plaintiff, vs. H. R, Pearson, defendant. The people of the territory terri-tory of Utah send greeting to H. H. Pearson, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action ac-tion brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the district court of the First Judicial Ju-dicial district of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, within ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after the service on you of this summons if served within this county, or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment judg-ment by default will be taken aguinst you according ac-cording to the prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to obtain a de-1 cree of this court dissolving tbe bonds of matrimony now and heretofore existing between be-tween plaintiff and defendant, that plaintiff be awarded the sum of 120.00 per month as alimony, and that the sum of 150,00 be allowed her as attorneys fees, for costs of this action, and for such other and further relief as to this court may seem mete and equitable. The grounds on which this action is brought is, that on or about September 15, 1890, the defendant de-fendant disregarding the solemnity of his marriage vow, wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned the plaintiff, and ever since has and still continues so to wilfully and without cause, desert and abandon the said plaintiff and to live separate" and apart son, and against her will and without her consent. con-sent.
