The flotilla escorting es-corting the emperor of Germany and Ins party arrived here to-day accompanied accom-panied by the Dutch squadron. Upon landing at the dock here the emperor was received by the queen who is only 11 years of age and by the Queen Regent Re-gent Emma, the princess of Waldreek. The queen and the queen regent, surrounded sur-rounded by a brilliant gathering of cabinet ministers, army officers and municipal and other authorities. After a most imposing ceremony the imperial guests of Holland were escorted to the palace where they will be entertained during their stay in this city. All the shipping in the harbor and the main thoroughfares are decorated with flags and in the evening there will be a brilliant bril-liant illumination in honor of the young emperor of Germany.
