Show THE REPUBS MEET Organize Their Wards and Elect Their Delegates. Several of the Younir Men Who Save Been Holding Back Associate Themselves Them-selves With the Gh O. P. The Republicans met in the several wards last night and organized into permanent per-manent clubs, and also elected delegates dele-gates to attend the county convention. In the First ward C. A. Glazier was elected President, C. S. Thompson vice-president, vice-president, Ed. Parker secretary, H. II. Edward3 treasurer, L. S. Holbrook, Peter Stubbs and C. E. Luce were elected elect-ed an executive committee. L.Holbrook. C. D. Glazier and C. E.Luce were chosen delegates to attend the county convention conven-tion and Messrs. Stubbs, Luce and Holbrook delegates to the Territorial convention. The Seco-d ward held their me eting at the Roberts House. 'J. C.Graham was appointed chairman pro tern. A club was organized to be known as the Second Ward Republican club of Provo City. Chas. DeMoisey was elected president, R. II. Dotld, vice-president, and J. C. Graham, secretary and treasurer. treas-urer. An executive committee of three was appointed, consisting of W. R. II. Paxman, J. B. Hoffman and Alex Wilkins. Geo. Sutherland, S. I. Bunnell, Bun-nell, Jr., a-nd R.' II. Dodd were appointed ap-pointed delegates to attend) the county convention. Geo. Sutherland, J. C. Graham and R. II. Dodd delegates to the Territorial convention. The Third ward was very poorly attended, at-tended, and an organization was not accomplished; but three delegates were appointed to attend the county convention. conven-tion. A permanent organization will probably be effected next Tuesday ! night, An organization was effected in the Fourth ward. J. "W. N. W'hitecotton was elected president, J. E. Booth vice-president, vice-president, Thomas Osborne secretary and John D. Dixon treasurer. An executive ex-ecutive committee of five was appointed as follows: F. H. Simmons, II. E. Giles, John Coltrin, R. J. Dugdale and Ben. Cluff, Jr. John Dix n, H. E. Giles, R. J. Dugdale and Thomas Osborne were appointed delegates to the county convention. con-vention. J. W. N. Whitecotton, J. E. Booth and F. II. Simmons were appointed ap-pointed delegates to the Territorial convention,' con-vention,' with E. E. Dudley, B. Schwab and Jas. Bean as alternates. The Fifth Ward organized as follows : II. S. Pyne, president; Ben Bachman and G., II. Brimhall, vice-presidents; Felix Bachman. secretary, and J. J. Fuller, treasurer. Benj" Bachman, Alex.
