Show ALIAS- OUMMON3-IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF IO the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, Utah county, Fredrick Nelson, plaintiff, vs. Elizabeth A. Nelson, defendant. The people of the territory of Utah send greeting to Elizabeth A. NelBon, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintif, in tho district court of the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah and to answer the complaint filed therein, within ten days (exclusive ot the day of ser-vicel ser-vicel after the service on you of this summons if seryed within this county; or if served out of this county, but within this district, with-ia with-ia twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to obtain a decree of this cmrt dissolviug the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant and that tiie custody of Pearl Elizabeth and Luella, minor children, tho issue of said marriage, mar-riage, bo i warded to th plaintiff, and that real estate sot ont and described in the complaint, com-plaint, valued at 1230.00, be ;a warded to plain tiff herein and for general relief. Plaintiff alleges that on the 15th day of fceptember n)3, deleudunt was indicted by the grand jury in the district court within and lor the Third Judicial District ot tho ttrntory of Utah, county of Salt Lake, for the crime of adultery committed with W. N. Logan, to which indictment indict-ment defendant on the 10th day of September 18!, plead guil'Y. and was sentenced by the court on the 18th dav of September 1893, to one months imprisonment in t he Utah peniteL tiary, Plaintiff further alleges that said act of adult ery was committed without tne consent, connivance, con-nivance, procurement or previous knowledge of plaintill'.
