Show PR0CLA3IATI0x. Pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the Territory Ter-ritory of Utah, approved by 1he Governor, March 7th, A. D. 1894. Entitled "Aii act authorizing the County court to appoint Fruit Tree Inspectors Inspec-tors and to provide for the destruction of fruit destroying insects." I, J. D. Jones, Pro y bate Judge in and for the. County of Utah, do hereby' issue 1 his proclamation, designating desig-nating the time for spraying fruit trees growing in said county of Utah, and otherwise disinfecting orchards that are infested with fruit-destroying insects. TIME FOR STRAYING. Rule 1. I hereby designate, 7 to 10 days after the blossoms have fallen, as the proper time to spray fruit tiees the first time. Rule 2 The trees shall be sprayed the second time from 1C to 12 days later. Rule 3. Every orchard or parcel of ground upon which fruit trees, bushes or vines are 1 growing, shall be thoroughly 3leaned by removal of all rubbish, rub-bish, dead or decayed trees, I fallen leaves or decaying fruit, Note 1. To spray tres dluring bloom does no good whatever. SPRAYING MIXTURES. 1. For apple, pear, plum, cherry trees, etc., mix one pound (f London Purple orj Paris -reen with 200 gallons' of water. , 2 For peach trees, mix one i lb. of Paris Green with 400 j gallons of water j 3. For fungus disease, use "Bordeaus Mixture ' 4 For currants, raspberry and gooseberry bushes, etc , mix one lb. of Hellebore with 50 golions of r-otr. 5. Professes V. H.
