Plaintiff alleges that on the lath day of fceptember 1193, defendant was indicted by the grand jury in the district court within and for the Third Judicial District of the territory of Utah county of Salt Lake, for the crime of adultery committed with W, N. Logan, to which iudict-! iudict-! ment defendant on the 16th day of September 1893. plead guiliy, and was sentenced by the court on the 18th da j of September 1893, to one months imprisonment in rhnfTtjihTienirnnHa-TT Plaintiff turther alleges that said act of adultery adult-ery was committed without the consent, connivance, con-nivance, procurement or previous knowledge of plaintiff. s And you are hereby notified, that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief therein demanded.
