Show Judge Smith yesterday granted Oscar Os-car B. Young a divorce from Daisy Paralee Young, The plaintiff was requested to pay $100,00, fees to the attorney for defendant. Mr. Young and Daisy were married some thirty years ago and lived for some time as man and wife. They separated and procured a church divcrce. They both married again, Mr. Young happily so, ehe only to be divorced again. A church divorce not being a legal one this suit was brought by Mr Young to protect his estate for his children in years to come. The grand ball given last evening in the Christensen Dancing academy was Indeed a most grand affair. A very large crowded was out and whiled away the hours to the sweet strains of lovely music the Coleman-Christensen orchestra or-chestra know so well how to produce until the concert was out, and alter that time the room was more than crowded, but a most glorious time was bad by all however. The boys of the democratic drum corps as well as the orchestra have further and more satisfying satis-fying occasion to feel gratified.
