They were married on June 25, 1942, in the Salt Lake City Utah Temple. They were married during WWII, as Kay served his country in the Merchant Marines. They have made their home in Hoytsville all of their lives, contributing to the community, church and neighborhood. Kay retired from the Operators Engineers, where his expertise was legend. Marge worked many years at the Summit Mercantile, then Zion's Bank. They have served on community water boards, helped with the County Fairs for many years, American Legion, DUP, and North Summit Senior Citizens. They love to work in their beautiful yard, and love to travel to see their family. They have three children, Gayle (Bob) Swenson, of Hoytsville; Spencer (Rolane), of Salt Lake City, and Scott (LoDell) of Wellington, NV. They have four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Marty Wright Marty Wright has been called to serve in the California, San Fernando, Mission. He will be starting this incredible journey on July 5, when he leaves for the MTC. We would like to thank all those who came to support him at his Farewell on June 11. Marty is the son of Anna and Gene Middleton and Chad and Marya Wright. June 20, 2013 Budget Hearing 6 eggs - beat until smooth with wire whisk 1 / 3 cup sugar 1 /2 tsp salt 1 /2 tsp cinnamon 1 / 4 tsp nutmeg 4 cups milk (can use sour milk or fresh milk) (can add a few slices of bread pieces and 1 / 3 cup raisins for "bread pudding" - serving topped with warm chocolate sauce for a special treat!) pour all ingredients into a casserole dish and place in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean after sticking it into the pudding. For an even cooking and non-sticking custard, place casserole dish in cake pan half filled with water before placing on oven rack.
