Project is located at 6300 North Silver Creek Drive, Park City, UT. The principle items of work are approximately as follows: 4700 sq ft of roof area 1100 sq ft of parapet wall. Install Single Ply Membrane roofing system meeting at least the following minimum specifications: 0.60 mil roofing membrane, Firestone TPO or approved equivalent. New edge metal - 26 gauge. Remove and reinstall cap metal. New counter flashing - 26 gauge. Membrane flashing at all curbs - 26 gauge. Bidders must verify the quantity of roof area to be replaced.
