He, along with 29 other boys from 1A and 2A schools, spent a week in Moab for practice. At the end of the week they traveled to Olympus High School in Salt Lake City for the game. The 1A/2A All Stars combined to play against the 3A. Following their game the 4A All-stars played the 5A. Despite their hard work in practice, the 1A /2A team was not prepared for the wide open offensive attack of the 3A team which was lead by the over-all State MVP Riley Neilson from Logan High School. Even though they rallied a come back in the 4th quarter the 1A/2A team lost the game with a score of 21-51. Ben said the highlight of this experience was getting to know the boys from the other teams and winning the pot at their bowling tournament. They had fun hanging out together in Moab and he made some great new friends. Ben would like to thank all the coaches who have believed in and helped him along the way and his fellow teammates for all their support. Joey Crane was also invited, but was unable Mark Hentine/Uunnison Valley Gazette Royal West Martial Arts of Ephraim and Gunnison held their belt tests and black belt pre-tests this past Saturday.
